Orders usually ship 3-5 days from the date the production process started. Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on the local postal service in your area.
Standard shipping/transit times apply:
- United States: Your order will arrive approximately 5-10 business days after it’s shipped. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
- Worldwide and Viet Nam: 2-4 weeks for delivery.
3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.
