HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
- After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order and this process often takes 2-6 business days.
- Your order will arrive approximately 5-10 business days after it’s shipped. Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on the local postal service in your area.
- For special locations such as /Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military APO/FPO and International orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

- Because your purchase is custom printed exclusively for you, it will only qualify for replacement, return or refund if: (I) the product itself is flawed, (II) wrong product (size, color, etc...), or (III) the final product is notably different from the product presented on the order screen.
Please note that if the error is on our part, we will take responsibility for it. However, if it is due to the customer's mistake in placing the order, we will not accept it. Therefore, please carefully review your order before placing it. - Our customer service department will then help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
