HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
- After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order and this process often takes 2-6 business days.

- For special locations such as /Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military APO/FPO and International orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

REPLACEMENT & REFUND
- Because your purchase is custom printed exclusively for you, it will only qualify for replacement, return or refund if: (I) the product itself is flawed, (II) wrong product (size, color, etc...), or (III) the final product is notably different from the product presented on the order screen.
- Our customer service department will then help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via email@example.com or our contact form at https://www.ezziprint.com/pages/contact-us within 15 business days of order delivery to explain your grievance.
- There is no need to return your item under any circumstances. Please note that if you return your item without our prior request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from your unapproved return.
